3. No Guarantee of Outcome

Our recommendations are based on information provided by the client and publicly available data. We do not guarantee the availability, pricing, or condition of any vehicle. Final purchasing decisions remain solely with the client. RD JALLE CAR LLC is not responsible for any transaction between the client and a third-party seller.

4. Payment

Payment is required prior to service delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing. All prices are listed in USD. By completing a purchase, you agree to pay the stated amount for the selected service.

All reports, documents, and materials produced by RD JALLE CAR LLC are for the personal use of the purchasing client only. Redistribution, resale, or publication without written consent is prohibited.

Refund Policy

Overview

At RD JALLE CAR LLC, we are committed to delivering high-quality, personalized consulting services. Because our services involve significant preparation and expert time, our refund policy reflects the nature of digital advisory work.

Before Service Delivery

If you request a cancellation before your consultation has begun or before your report has been prepared, you are eligible for a full refund. Please contact us within 24 hours of purchase at info@rdjallecar.com.

After Service Has Begun

Once a consultation session has started or a report has been initiated, the service is considered partially delivered. In this case:

A partial refund may be issued at our discretion, based on the portion of work completed.
If the full service has been delivered, no refund will be issued.

Exceptions

We will issue a full refund in the following cases:

We are unable to deliver the service due to circumstances on our end.
A technical error resulted in a duplicate charge.
The service delivered was materially different from what was described.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at info@rdjallecar.com with your order number and a brief description of your reason. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to the original payment method.
